Previous Primary
- Check and followup all issues and tickets that are assigned to the primary.
- If the issues or tickets are being handed off:
- write a brief summary or note about what has happened and how to proceed
- hand them off to the new primary
- If the issue or ticket cannot be handed off:
- specify that the previous primary is going to continue the issue or ticket
- Check and update issue and ticket statuses in jira or support platform.
Previous Secondary
- Check and followup all issues and tickets that are assigned to the secondary.
- If the issues or tickets are being handed off:
- write a brief summary or note about what has happened and how to proceed
- hand them off to the current primary
- If the issue or ticket cannot be handed off:
- specify that the previous secondary is going to continue the issue or ticket
New Primary
- Read handoff notes
- Ask questions if needed
- Assign previous primary’s tickets to the new primary
