Incident Routine
After incident (preferably, ASAP)
- Create a jira issue for the incident
- Write a postmortem and move it to:
Hamravesh Public/GoW/Customer Crew/Postmortemsdirectory in google drive - Use this template
- Schedule a postmortem event and add the involved people
- Link the postmortem to the jira issue
- Link the postmortem issue to the related ticket (where it was first raised)
