Incident Routine

After incident (preferably, ASAP)

  • Create a jira issue for the incident
  • Write a postmortem and move it to: Hamravesh Public/GoW/Customer Crew/Postmortems directory in google drive
  • Use this template
  • Schedule a postmortem event and add the involved people
  • Link the postmortem to the jira issue
  • Link the postmortem issue to the related ticket (where it was first raised)
